Why I love Windward!
My wife, Debi, and I live on Lake Windward and I can tell you there are plenty of homes for sale in Windward in a variety of different price ranges and individual Windward communities.

There are over 2400 homes in Windward in more than 40 individual Windward neighborhoods ranging in price from $250,000 to many millions of dollars. The heart of Windward is the beautiful 197 acre private Lake Windward. This gorgeous, one of a kind, lake is flanked by the prestigious, private, 36-hole Golf Club of Georgia on the north end and the private membership Windward Lake Club to the west. The lake club features 20 tennis courts, an Olympic sized pool, marina, tennis center and a new aqua leisure facility complete with exciting water slide and zero entry pool.
